Our online HelpDesk is a great resource for day-to-day questions and needs. The HelpDesk is the main hub of website-related activity. You can submit a support ticket at any time of day, any day of the week. Tickets can be concerning anything from activating a new category on your website or inquiring about adding a new section. If your support ticket comes in after our normal operating hours it will be answered as soon as possible on the next business day. Once your free account is setup on the HelpDesk you can download the HelpDesk app for your smartphone.

If you have an question that is better related via phone, you can call us anytime from 9am - 5pm (cst). We also have an emergency line available for those unforeseen situations in which it is, well, an emergency (website down, orders not coming through, etc).

We send out newsletters on a regular basis to inform you of changes or new features available for your florist website. We don't send spam, and we don't sell your information to 3rd parties.
