Banners and E-Mail Marketing

We provide all of our florist website client/partners with a selection of banners and email marketing campaigns at no extra cost. The major florist holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Sweetest Day, Christmas and Thanksgiving all have a yearly collection released.

The availability of these marketing tools is announced by newsletter and social media, and sometime on the homepage of either Media99 and/or SiteWorks. Banners are presented in a section of SiteWorks and you get to choose which banner goes on your site. You can change your mind and your banner as many times as you want.

Email campaigns are requested in their own section of SiteWorks. When you log into your florist website management software you simply click the link to request a mailer. You are then presented with the options currently available. Select your mailer, the date you want it to be sent, and any custom comments or requests.

You are able to from a variety of professionally designed banners and email marketing pieces from our maintenance system or request a custom design based on your specific needs. Promote a summer rose sale to your customers or send out a link to your Wedding Gallery to brides during the spring.

We handle the creative artwork aspect, saving you the time and effort required in most self-service email marketing programs. If you want to create your own images for banners or promotions, that's fine, too. We are more than happy to use your images. Using our custom mailer request form you can attach your images and add any special requests in the comment section.
